Humangest Spa, a company specialized in personnel research and selection, for a client operating on part 147, is looking for a Technical Training Instructor Part-147 – B1.1 / B2.

Our client is seeking passionate Technical Training Instructors to deliver high-quality technical training to our engineering staff, from early-career to senior professionals. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, training experience, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training modules in compliance with the approved syllabus and EASA Part-66/Part-147 standards.
• Assess students through tests, practical tasks, and official examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Manage practical training environments, including workshops and tools, ensuring safety and effective learning.
• Conduct online training sessions from a professional, dedicated setup (high-quality webcam, clear audio, proper lighting, stable internet).
• Collaborate with the training team to improve course content, delivery methods, and use of technology.
• Support the organization and scheduling of examinations and training activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
• Licenses / Experience:
• Hold a valid or expired EASA Part-66 B1.1, B1.2, or B2 license, or
• Hold a Military Aircraft Maintenance License, or
• Minimum of 10 years of documented experience in aircraft maintenance and technical training delivery.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part-66 and Part-147 regulations.
• Proven experience delivering technical training in an aviation context.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, including technical terminology.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and willing to learn new software/tools to enhance training efficiency.
• Flexible availability for part-time, modular, or remote training delivery, with willingness to travel to BGY or other locations.
• Unrestricted right to work and travel within Italy/Europe.

Additional Preferred Requirements

• Practical experience on aircraft such as 737/A320.
• Ability to develop and approve training materials for multiple delivery methods (classroom, eLearning, virtual).
• Experience maintaining and developing training centers for technical learning.
