Technical Talent Partner – Cyber Security, 6 months FTC, native Italian – Remote based Europe
We are Elements, the trusted talent partner working with incredible scaling tech brands across the globe. We're looking for experienced Technical Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in hiring cyber security talent across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in Fin-Tech / Financial Services or relevant sectors with direct hiring responsibilities for technical roles.
- Demonstrate understanding of the cyber security talent market, including talent pools and engagement strategies.
- Communicate effectively with prospective talent and stakeholders, understanding their needs and skills.
- Guide and support a small team to build talent pools for future engagement.
- Proactively source and engage cyber security talent across multiple platforms, utilizing AI and other tools for benchmarking and assessment.
- Build large talent pools and maintain effective communication throughout the candidate journey.
- Create engaging outreach tailored to cyber security communities in Europe, especially in Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries.
- Collaborate with the Head of TA to develop and measure effective hiring campaigns.
- Manage hiring workflows, fill vacancies proactively, and track data in CRM/HRIS/ATS systems.
- Provide accurate reporting and insights to meet KPIs.
- Engage with hiring managers, understand their needs, and support them in talent benchmarking and messaging.
