Technical Talent Partner – Cyber Security, 6 months FTC, native Italian – Remote based Europe
We are Elements, the trusted talent partner working with incredible scaling tech brands across the globe. We're looking for experienced Technical Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in hiring cyber security talent across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in Fin-Tech / Financial Services or relevant sectors with direct hiring responsibilities for technical roles.
- Demonstrate understanding and engagement within the cyber security space, with knowledge of talent pools and access to talent.
- Communicate effectively with prospective talent and stakeholders, understanding marketplace needs and skills.
- Guide and support a small team to build talent pools for future engagement.
- Support sourcing efforts across multiple platforms, utilizing AI and other tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection.
- Research and track niche technical talent, building large talent pools and ensuring effective candidate communication.
- Create engaging outreach tailored to cyber security communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries.
- Collaborate with the Head of TA to develop and measure effective hiring campaigns.
- Manage hiring workflows, proactively fill vacancies, and track data within CRM/HRIS/ATS systems.
- Provide accurate reporting and insights to meet KPIs.
- Engage with stakeholders, support hiring managers, and benchmark talent to achieve hiring outcomes.
