Position: Technical Support Specialist – Agricultural Machinery Navigation
Location: Italy (home-based with travel)
Salary Range: Eur/month +Bonus+Business trip allowance
Role Summary:
Provide technical support to partners and resellers, including onboarding, hardware/software installation, product training, and ongoing technical assistance for agricultural navigation systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard new partners and ensure proper installation and configuration of navigation systems.
- Deliver technical support and training via email, phone, web sessions, and onsite visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with resellers and manage product updates and requests.
- Diagnose issues, identify bugs, and propose improvements.
- Support the sales team as a technical advisor in precision agriculture.
- Develop and update training materials and technical documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; experience in precision agriculture is an advantage.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or training related to ag machinery, positioning/navigation, GIS, surveying, or similar fields.
- Fluent Italian and professional English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Fast learner with new software and applications.
