In this role, you will provide essential support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal use of Unox products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide top‑tier technical support to customers, ensuring they can use products optimally and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify malfunctions and contribute to the continuous improvement of future product versions.
- Design and deliver training courses on product usage and technical support, equipping both customers and colleagues with the necessary skills for efficient use.
- Monitor and report common causes of failures, aiming to optimize processes and improve product quality.
- Act as a key liaison between technical support, design teams, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and swift resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in English and French.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer support and internal training purposes.
