For our Pisa based office we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will join our Civil Engineering Customer Support team.

The Customer Support team provides technical support to customers of the company’s Civil Engineering Businees Unit, covering all software and hardware products used in those applications. The team ensures timely and effective assistance to clients and partners, supporting the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of systems while contributing to high service quality and long-term customer satisfaction within the BU sector.


What we want you to do:


  • Technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues for Italian and international customers (email, ticketing system, phone, and remote connection).
  • Opening repair notifications for hardware following the diagnosis performed.
  • Acquisition, processing, and interpretation of GPR and interferometric data, with preparation of technical reports.
  • Delivery of product training sessions and technical demonstrations, both on-site and remotely.
  • Collaboration with the R&D and Product Management teams to report bugs, anomalies, and improvement proposals.
  • Technical support to the sales team during pre-sales and after-sales activities.
  • Management, maintenance, and organization of the demo equipment inventory.
  • Compliance with Company standards and requirements for quality, health, safety and environment


What would we like to see:


  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Geology
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge/experience in geological/geodetic monitoring
  • A previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
  • Specific knowledge/experience of the GPR radar technique is a plus

  • Italian: strong written and spoken skills
  • English: strong written and spoken skills


Travel Requirements:


  • Availability for short business trips (sometimes frequent), both within Italy and abroad
