Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary technical expert for our Power Conversion System (PCS) and energy storage solutions, engaging directly with clients and sales teams.
2. Analyze customer requirements and design competitive, tailored technical proposals and system schematics for energy storage projects.
3. Lead the technical preparation for bids and tenders, ensuring high-quality and compliant submissions.
4. Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategy and product positioning in the market.
5. Act as the key technical liaison between Sales, R&D, and Project Delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
6. Provide technical training and support to sales staff, partners, and key clients.
7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote technical expertise and solutions.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical support role within energy storage PCS.
3.Solid understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) applications and standards.
4.Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
5.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to undertake frequent travel.
