Technical Support Engineer – Energy Storage (Italy)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to distributors, installers, system integrators, and end customers in Italy.
- Assist with product commissioning, troubleshooting, and on-site issue resolution for energy storage systems (inverters, batteries, BMS, EMS, etc.).
- Conduct technical training for channel partners and installation teams to ensure proper product handling and system integration.
- Collect and document customer feedback, technical issues, and product improvement suggestions; communicate insights to HQ product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support key projects and ensure successful system deployment.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the energy storage industry with strong technical background; familiarity with PCS, BMS, EMS, and related systems. Equipment commissioning experience preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset; ability to handle customer inquiries patiently and professionally.
- Willing and able to travel frequently (supporting on-site visits, installations, and customer meetings across Italy).
- Fluent in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
