The Aftersales department of BYD Europe is responsible for fleet operation, service & maintenance, technical diagnosis & analysis, and product improvement related to our full electric buses and trucks. This includes providing technical support to customers and service providers, and offering feedback to HQ and R&D teams for product enhancement.

The main goal of the department is to build mutual trust and knowledge with customers to ensure satisfaction, benefiting business and future sales.

The Mobile Engineer role involves delivering excellent aftersales service, ensuring vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and promoting company products to foster customer loyalty. Extensive travel to customer sites is required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with post-sales operational issues, including diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance.
• Review and provide feedback on technical documentation.
• Lead in providing solutions for sensitive technical topics.
• Support authorized workshops with technical updates and campaigns.
• Create FMEA/D-FMEA reports and collaborate with R&D and QA teams for product improvements.

Support Team Management:

• Supervise diagnostic tools, equipment, and spare parts at authorized workshops.
• Work with workshops to ensure high-quality service.

Customer Relationship:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Arrange meetings to discuss accounts and operations.
• Manage customer requests and complaints.

Your Profile:

• Resident near Torino (TO).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.
• Experience in maintenance is advantageous; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and independent worker.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
