We’re looking for a Technical Support & Customer Success Specialist with strong Shopify expertise and JavaScript skills to support merchants, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in Shopify app or eCommerce tech support
- Strong knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, and Functions
- Proficiency with JavaScript , HTML, CSS, and Liquid
- Experience supporting Shopify Plus merchants
- Excellent written & spoken English (other languages a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to solve complex issues
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
- Provide technical support to merchants via email, chat, and video calls
- Troubleshoot Shopify Functions and app integration issues (focus on SupaEasy )
- Monitor and resolve customer requests across multiple support channels
- Collaborate with founders and developers to resolve problems quickly
- Create and maintain help documentation, FAQs, and tutorials
- Collect feedback to improve support processes and product features
- Guide merchants migrating from Shopify Scripts to Functions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering effective, timely solutions
