Overview

A fantastic opportunity to join the Network Health Team at InPost Italy as a Technician!

We’re investing in our Locker Network and on a mission to take our Customer Service & User Experience to the highest level. This role is a crucial part of this transformation.

*This role covers the area of Lazio and Campania.

What you need to succeed

• Technical background and previous experience in similar roles
• An excellent knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken (Polish would be a plus)
• Strong proactivity and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (word, excel, power point, access);

About your role

• You will support the maintenance process by managing the ticketing system and supporting the team of technicians in understanding hardware and software problems related to the Lockers network by coordinating their work to ensure efficient troubleshooting.
• You will be involved in direct interventions onsite based of the area and specific needs
• You will take care of the verification and the monitoring of the network and review the performance of the maintenance interventions on the field
• You will be responsible for periodical inspections of the Network to test and confirm the quality of the activities done to improve the network availability
