Job Title: Technical Specialist – C/C++
Work Location: Bari, Italy (Hybrid)
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Primary Technical Skills: C,C++,VB
Secondary Technical Skills: JAVA, Microsoft Office tools, Jira, Batch jobs
Required language: Italian and English
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
•Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
•Analyzing new change requests, design solutions and guide developers in implementation
•Supporting the development teams and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages
•Ensure up-to-date documentations
•Keep track of compliance requirements, and adhere to the schedule
•Expert in finding root causes for incidents / bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents.
Preferred background:
•Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
•Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
