About the Role:
Role - Technical Specialist – C/C++
Primary Technical Skills- C,C++,VB
Location- Milan and Bari, Italy
Hybrid – 2 days office per week
Language mandatory - Italian and English (Fluent)
Project Domain: Finance Sector
Secondary Technical Skills: JAVA Microsoft Office tools Jira Batch jobs
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
- Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
- Ensure Up-to-date documentations
- Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
- Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents
Preferred background:
- Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
- Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
Preferred personal qualities:
- Service minded and took responsibility within relevant working areas
- Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies
- Good at communicating actively appreciating and respecting diversity in the work environment
- Working in a structured and analytical way
- Ability to adapt and react to changes
