The Role

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our Professional Services team and lead the successful implementation of customer solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers after the sale to onboard, integrate, and optimise technical solutions, ensuring long-term customer success. This is a highly customer-facing role that combines hands-on technical work with consultative problem-solving.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end technical implementation process for multiple new and existing customers simultaneously.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during implementation and ongoing solution optimisation.
  • Lead technical workshops to map client business workflows to Soldo API capabilities.
  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs and integration plans.
  • Produce detailed technical specification documents (TSDs) and architecture diagrams that serve as the blueprint for the integration.
  • Configure and deploy integrations using APIs and Workato. You will be responsible for payload mapping, authentication setup (OAuth/SAML), and handling webhooks.
  • Write custom scripts to handle data transformation, automate provisioning using the Soldo APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and application issues during and after implementation.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and support teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers and internal stakeholders.


We're looking for someone who must have

  • 5+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience, with a strong focus on post-sales implementations
  • Proven experience delivering complex technical solutions in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, integrations, and iPaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on programming experience with any language like Python, Ruby, Go or JavaScript for integrations, scripting, or automation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent customer communication and expectation management.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivery quality and customer satisfaction.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working in accounting, finance, or fintech organisations.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as accounting platforms, ERPs, billing, or payment systems.
  • Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket.
  • Familiarity with the applications like NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Sage Intacct, Oracle Cloud, or MS Dynamics.
  • Experience implementing integrations involving financial or transactional data.
  • Exposure to cloud-based and microservices architectures.
