Looking for a Technical Solution Manager (Engergy Storage) on behalf of a global leading player in Renewable Energy industry.

What You'll Do:
- Showcase Our Solutions: Master our products and services, translating complex technical details into clear, compelling sales presentations that highlight real value and applications.
- Connect with Clients: Work directly with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and the competitive landscape. Use these insights to identify opportunities where our solutions can make a difference.
- Craft Tailored Solutions: Partner with our technical team to design solutions that fit each client's unique needs. Provide hands-on technical support and share customer feedback to help shape product development.
- Build Winning Proposals: Create detailed proposals that clearly communicate both the technical approach and the business value. Prepare all necessary documentation, from specifications to user manuals.
- Support Every Step: Be the go-to technical resource for clients, answering questions and resolving issues throughout the engagement.
- Lead Technical Negotiations: Join client discussions to address technical considerations, set clear expectations, and finalize agreements.
- Solve Problems Proactively: Identify risks early and provide solutions to prevent issues. Troubleshoot technical challenges from manufacturing through commissioning to ensure a seamless customer handover.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback—bringing fresh ideas for innovation and improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 4 years of experience in the European ESS market.
- Background as an Application Engineer or Sales Engineer in ESS is a strong plus.
- Experience with utilities or ESS developer companies is highly valued.
- Knowledge of European ESS project development requirements is preferred.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent people skills.
- Sharp market and competitor analysis abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding communication.
- Strategic thinker with strong logical reasoning.
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work locally.
