Technical Solution Engineer (ESS)

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and effectively communicate technical concepts and value propositions to clients. Support sales efforts with product demonstrations and tailored solution proposals.
• Engage with clients to understand needs, gather project requirements, and identify opportunities. Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle and project execution, ensuring successful delivery and handover.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and related documents that address both technical and business needs.
• Anticipate risks and solve technical challenges during manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product improvements and business strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Energy Storage Systems industry
• Background in ESS sales engineering, account engineering, or project development preferred
• Familiarity with ESS project lifecycle and development requirements
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented with solid market insight and strategic thinking
