Job Summary : As a key contributor to our technical service team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to customers and partners. Your primary objectives include conducting engaging training sessions to empower installers and internal teams, managing RMA requests with precision to maintain high customer satisfaction, driving service optimization, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Expert Technical Support : Provide solution-driven technical assistance to professional customers and partners.
- Training and Development : Conduct informative training sessions to enhance the skills of installers and internal teams.
- RMA Request Management : Efficiently handle Return Merchandise Authorization requests to guarantee high customer satisfaction levels.
- Service Optimization : Implement strategies to improve response times, reduce parts usage, and increase cost efficiency.
- KPI Tracking and Reporting : Regularly monitor and report on key service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
