As a Chemist & Technical Application Engineer for Polyurethane Viscoelastic Foam (VEF) in Home Applications, you will play a key role in supporting our overseas business growth by contributing to technical development, product validation, and customer support. Reporting to the Overseas Technical Support Manager, you will collaborate with experienced polymer researchers, engineers, and sales managers to ensure efficient technical operations and business expansion.

Among the main responsibilities are:
- Provide professional and timely technical support to polyurethane downstream home application customers.
- Deliver effective technical services during product line tests.
- Diagnose and resolve quality and technical issues efficiently, support customers in troubleshooting, and manage complaints.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop new customers, conduct factory trials, and support achievement of sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs and industry developments.
- Share insights to support R&D and sales in product improvement, business development, and customer management.
We are looking for a professional with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Polymers, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience as a technical support engineer in flexible polyurethane and viscoelastic foams, with applications in consumer/home products. Willingness to travel for business and a fluent level of English are essential.
