Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle & Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a Technical Sales (m/f) to support the Sales Manager Germany in the development and execution of industrial refrigeration projects.

Following a comprehensive training period at the company’s headquarters in Italy, the candidate will contribute to the sales process, design refrigeration systems, and manage projects through to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager Germany in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Participate in the presentation of offers and technical solutions to customers.
  • Carry out preliminary and executive design of industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Manage projects throughout all phases: design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate field teams during installation and start-up activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Travel frequently across Germany and Italy, with occasional trips within the DACH region.
  • Attend trade fairs and industry events
  • Contribute to progress reports and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the industrial refrigeration sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration machinery, components, refrigerants, and related technologies.
  • Excellent spoken and written German (mandatory).
  • Good command of Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Excel.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
