Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle & Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a Technical Sales (m/f) to support the Sales Manager Germany in the development and execution of industrial refrigeration projects.
Following a comprehensive training period at the company’s headquarters in Italy, the candidate will contribute to the sales process, design refrigeration systems, and manage projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager Germany in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Participate in the presentation of offers and technical solutions to customers.
- Carry out preliminary and executive design of industrial refrigeration systems.
- Manage projects throughout all phases: design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate field teams during installation and start-up activities.
- Maintain regular communication with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Travel frequently across Germany and Italy, with occasional trips within the DACH region.
- Attend trade fairs and industry events
- Contribute to progress reports and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in the industrial refrigeration sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration machinery, components, refrigerants, and related technologies.
- Excellent spoken and written German (mandatory).
- Good command of Italian and English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Excel.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
