Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:Technical Sales Manager - Tiles & EngobesAre you looking for a role where you can combine technical expertise, customer interaction and real business impact in the ceramic tile industry?At Sibelco, you will become a key technical reference for tile, engobe and glaze manufacturers, helping customers improve their products and production processes through our industrial mineral solutions. You will work on a wide variety of tile manufacturers, support trials directly on their sites, and collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and business growth opportunities.As Technical Sales Tiles & Engobes, you will support companies producing tiles, engobes and glazes, working closely with production and technical teams to define quality and product specifications, insuring strong product performance.Location & TravelThis role is based in Maranello, Italy, with a hybrid setup:Expected presence in the Maranello lab/office: around 2 days per weekRemaining time split between customer visits, international travel and home officeCustomers are located across Italy, Spain, Turkey, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Poland and other regions. The role involves frequent travel, approximately 8–10 days per month, including time spent on customer sites during trials and implementation phases.We are looking for someone who is already based near Maranello or willing to relocate.
