Technical Sales Support Engineer

Reporting to the TSS Team Leader, the Technical Sales Support Engineer is a key point of contact for both customers and salesforce and provide technical support both for domestic and foreign colleagues.

Main Activities

• Doing technical specification analysis and product selection
• Doing technical proposal
• Providing technical documentation
• Bearing and gears calculation in the proposal phase
• Drive unit components analysis, selection and pricing
• Preparing general assembly drawings
• Updating project time schedule
• Supporting other members of the sales team by training them on the product applications

Education

Degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering

Requirements

• English - good knowledge
• Strong mechanical skills
• 2D-3D technical drawing
• Microsoft Office - good knowledge
• Job experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar position
