Technical Sales Specialist - Milan, Italy (Part-Time, 35 hours/week)
Overview:
I’m currently partnering with a leading client in the renewable energy sector to find a Technical Sales Specialist for their Milan-based team. This is a part-time role (35 hours/week) offering the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the clean-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly training sessions on product solutions, installation, and commissioning.
- Act as the problem-solver for sales blocks, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Visit key partners regularly to gather insights and drive portfolio growth.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor portfolios, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to validate forecasts and ensure portfolio accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in Electrical Engineering or related technical/business studies.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a big plus.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Fluent in Italian.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a bonus.
