What You Will Do:
- Deliver hands-on training to distributors and installers on product solutions, installation, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure seamless product adoption.
- Build strong relationships with partners and gather insights to enhance our portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to validate forecasts and optimize product strategy.
What You Need:
- Background in Electrical Engineering or related technical/business studies.
- Experience in renewable energy (Solar PV preferred) is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Italian.
- Flexibility to work from the Milan office.
