Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth in Cargill’s animal nutrition solutions for feed mills and integrators across Italy. You’ll align with the Italian commercial organization and EMEA teams to deliver value‑based feeds, premixes, and additives. You build deep customer relationships, translate needs into tailored services, and ensure smooth execution and pricing. This position offers exposure to cross‑functional teams, a fast‑paced international environment, and meaningful impact on livestock nutrition and sustainability.

- Monitor retention and pipeline, report performance and market insights using CRM
- Address customer concerns with high‑quality service and quick resolution

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Agribusiness, or related field
- Proven B2B sales experience with technical understanding of animal nutrition
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
