In this moment, we are looking for Technical Sales in Lombardia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development and execution of planned business growth with select channels of distribution in Lombardia incorporating channel strategies and pricing from Product & Sales Management directives.
  • Proactive pursuit of new business with existing customers for new item assortment optimization and expansion maximizing business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual budgeted sales.
  • Analyze, and review monthly sell through reports and monitor monthly sell through and trends in order to properly develop, adjust and complete monthly sales forecasts.
  • Develop & submit timely and accurate monthly, customer sales forecasts to manager incorporating promotional planning and account strategies.
  • Proactively assist credit/AR in clearing up charge backs and general problem solving needs of the customer.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of projects. According to regional strategic goals and specific business goals, formulate work plans and business strategies, and implement them;
  • Gain insights into integrators and industry development, discover valuable businesses, refine business models and market strategies, and organize systematic market battles;
  • There are clear strategies for integrators, industries and development in various regions to achieve continuous insights into specific businesses.
  • Ability to demonstrate products and provide basic product training on Dahua product offerings.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in the field of Security Video Surveillance (mandatory)
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team
  • Italian native speaker, fluent in English communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
  • Ability to multitask in a team oriented fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence with presentation skills.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to cultivate strategic, long term relationships with ability to identify decision maker and key staff support
  • Valid driver license
