AMS Technologies , a leading European photonics, thermal management and electronics company headquartered in Munich with offices in 7 countries, is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for Italy.
Your Mission
- Win new customers and develop existing accounts across Italy
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities
- Turn customer challenges into tailored technical solutions
- Drive opportunities from first contact to design-in and revenue
- Act as the key interface between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams
- Represent AMS at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Your Profile
- Hunter mentality with strong ownership and drive to close deals
- Technically curious and able to translate customer needs into solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a results-driven environment
- Engineering background with ~3+ years experience in technical sales or applications
- Interest in photonics, thermal, or power technologies
- Experience in consultative / solution selling is a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian
