Technical Sales Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical & Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our technical expertise and business development activities. This role involves the development of technical contents and value propositions for Test Systems for electronic products, supporting the sales team in preparing technical-commercial proposals and identifying optimal solutions that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Business Development to define test system architectures in response to customer inquiries and requests for quotation.
• Analyse customer specifications and technical documentation to develop tailored test solutions with clear justifications and cost-benefit rationale.
• Create technical presentations that support commercial proposals and promote Eletech’s test engineering capabilities.
• Participate in technical discussions and customer meetings as a subject-matter experts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the proposal process, including the creation of templates, technical databases, and standard architectures.
• Maintain active knowledge of market trends, competitor technologies, and emerging test solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in the development of test solutions for electronic devices.
• Knowledge of National Instruments LabVIEW and test system design, or equivalent.
• Understanding of hardware and software integration, lifecycle management, and electrical CAD tools (e.g., Orcad, Altium, Solidworks Electrical);
• Familiarity with key lab instruments (oscilloscope, signal generators, multimeters, etc.);
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

• Experience in electrical development.
• Basic understanding of CAD/CAM data for test fixture integration.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales or technical-commercial role is a strong plus.
