Position: Technical Sales Engineer
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and support our international sales operations.
This position focuses on export markets within EIMEA (excluding Italy).
Location: Lodi (Lombardy, Italy) – Hybrid work. Candidates based in Lombardy or Emilia-Romagna are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sales plans to maintain and grow existing business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and devise effective strategies to acquire new customers in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, including quotes, bids, and post-sale management.
- Provide technical information and support to customers to meet their needs.
- Maintain relationships with key customers to understand their objectives and ensure successful execution of major opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales
- Fluent English is mandatory (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of enthusiasm and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EIMEA region
- Valid European residence permit and driving license are mandatory for this role.
