We are currently partnering with an international company within the premium plumbing and water systems industry to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to support customers and internal teams with strong technical expertise and a service-oriented mindset. Role Overview The Technical Sales Engineer acts as a key technical reference for customers and local teams, ensuring high-quality technical support, coordination of service activities, and close collaboration with sales and operations. The role combines technical know-how, customer service excellence, and strong cross-functional interaction. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding technical issues Provide technical support and assistance in maintenance, guarantee, and service-related topics Coordinate external technical service partners for maintenance, guarantee, and goodwill works Advise Sales and Operations teams on technical matters when required Ensure high customer service standards and contribute to achieving quality targets Support continuous improvement initiatives within Technical Service and Customer Service / Back Office Collaborate closely with local subsidiaries and HQ to ensure service excellence Profile Requirements Ideally technical education in sanitary building services (gas-water installer), as a technician or master craftsman. Other vocational training backgrounds in fields such as electricity, electronics, or related technical disciplines will also be considered. 3–5 years of experience in technical customer service, maintenance, or repair within sanitary/building systems Solid understanding of technical products and service processes Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (experience with Microsoft AX or similar tools is a plus) Fluent in English and native/bilingual italian. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders (customers, HQ, partners) Service-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset Well-organized, autonomous, and able to manage priorities effectively Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 50–60%) What’s Offered A technically challenging role in an international environment High level of autonomy and responsibility Close collaboration with sales, operations, and technical teams Long-term career development within a specialized and quality-driven industry
