Your Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit technical and blue-collar candidates (EU citizens only)
- Use your own sourcing network, job boards, and tools
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on project requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with the Hire Abroad partnership team
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical or industrial recruitment (welders, CNC operators, electricians, drivers, mechanics, etc.)
- Ability to source candidates across the EU
- Registered as a freelancer or recruitment agency (B2B collaboration)
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
- Fluent in English (other EU languages are an advantage)
- Familiar with online recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
