Technical Project Manager – Retail & F&B Expansion (Italy) – Partita IVA

We are an international restaurant group operating across Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and Spain, currently expanding rapidly in the Italian market with multiple store openings planned this year.

To support this growth, we are looking for a technically strong and execution-focused Project Manager to coordinate new store openings across Italy under a Partita IVA collaboration.

This is a hands-on operational role. The objective is clear: deliver new stores on time, within approved budgets and fully aligned with technical and brand standards.

This role requires strong ownership and direct involvement in day-to-day technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead full technical coordination of store opening projects from approved concept to opening

* Translate approved design concepts into detailed executive drawings and construction-ready documentation

* Prepare and structure capitolato and technical specifications for construction and suppliers

* Ensure proper technical integration between architectural works and MEP systems prior to construction start

* Act as the main technical interface between designers, contractors and consultants

* Oversee permitting and compliance processes (CILA/SCIA, ASL, fire regulations, signage approvals)

* Support utilities activation (power upgrades, gas connections, etc.)

* Monitor site progress and proactively manage technical issues

* Track project timelines and support CAPEX control

* Provide structured weekly reporting directly to the Expansion Manager

* Collaborate with the Group Head of Project Management within an international structure

* Ensure smooth technical handover prior to store opening

Profile

* Degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or F&B construction projects

* Proven experience delivering store openings

* Strong knowledge of Italian permitting and regulatory processes

* Solid understanding of MEP coordination

* Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

* Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory)

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced expansion environment

* Based in Milan
