Technical Project Manager

On behalf of an innovative Scale-up backed by a world-leading industrial Group, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager .

Our client is a pioneer in "Intelligence-as-a-Service," utilizing proprietary IoT hardware and software to digitize industrial logistics. With a footprint of over 100,000 devices globally , they combine a fast-paced startup culture with the prestige and resources of a global market leader.

The Role

This is a pivotal role for a technically-minded professional who enjoys the intersection of engineering and project management. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of IoT tracking solutions, working across the entire product stack (Hardware, Firmware, and Software) to ensure successful global deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to final field testing and deployment.
• Product Roadmap Support: Collaborate on the evolution of connectivity solutions, helping to scale the product for international markets.
• Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between Engineering (HW/SW/FW) and Business teams to ensure technical solutions align with customer needs.
• Field Operations & Troubleshooting: Interface with international partners and customers, providing on-site support and gathering critical feedback for product improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement structured methodologies to solve complex technical problems and optimize internal workflows.

Candidate Profile:

• Background: 1–3 years of experience in a technical project-based role (e.g., Engineering, R&D, System Integration, or Technical Product Management).
• Skills: Excellent organizational ability and a proactive approach to "owning" projects.
• Mindset: A curious, impact-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English is essential (daily interaction with international stakeholders).
