For our client, strategic consulting company, SAAS provider we are looking for the :
Technical Project Manager
The role will be accountable for co-ordinating the company’s technology and product roadmap across SaaS, AI / ML, and enterprise-grade platform engineering. This role requires hands‑on project leadership across multiple connected streams of software development.
The Project Manager will work alongside the AI / ML Tech Lead, the Head of Engineering, the AI / ML Product Owner, and the Head of Product, to ensure a smooth and seamless integration of the different streams of work.
Responsabilità
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the AI / ML technology roadmap in alignment with business strategy, including preparing quarterly planning of OKRs, monthly check ins with the team, and quarterly business reports (QBRs).
- Collaborate with Head of Engineering and Head of Product to apply agile engineering and product related processes and rituals, including sprint planning, ticketing and retrospectives.
- Manage public R&I incentive programme, including the relationship with institutional stakeholders and compliance and reporting processes, to ensure adequate funding for the technology roadmap.
- Co‑ordinate the ongoing collaboration with our Research partners (UNIBA), for a smooth transition of research into product features.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Profilo
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as project leader in a SaaS or AI‑driven business.
- Prior experience with industrial research projects or public‑funded R&D programs.
- Proven track record in large, complex applications of agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
