Job Description

We're searching for the best candidate for our Software organization, as Technical Program Manager will:

• Drive architecture, engineering, and integration decisions and timelines across multiple teams and organizations
• Establish business processes and policies, as well as metrics and indicators for success
• Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs against developer experience, customer, experience, and time to market

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Job Responsibilities Include

This position is responsible for the Technical Program Management on a project - HPCs and Zone controllers which are the MAKE controllers for the platform across all 14 Brands.

• Own planning and delivery of software built in software organization
• Work successfully with customers, leaders, and other engineering teams.
• You foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Software Architects, Systems Engineers, and Software Developers to gather technical requirements for new tools and drive the adoption of the solutions you build.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
