Full-time, Permanent Role We are looking for a
Technical Program Manager
to lead the execution of complex, multidisciplinary programs that transform cutting-edge technologies into fully integrated humanoid robotic products. In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across engineering and operations teams, ensuring strategic milestones are delivered with speed, quality, and predictability. You will play a critical role in aligning software, AI, hardware, manufacturing, and production activities, enabling the successful development and deployment of next-generation humanoid robotic systems. Responsibilities Lead the execution of strategic company-wide robotics programs, ensuring alignment with business and product objectives; Coordinate cross-functional planning activities across AI, robot skills, navigation, embedded software, electronics, mechanics, manufacturing, and production teams; Develop and maintain program roadmaps, critical paths, dependency maps, and milestone tracking frameworks; Drive system integration planning and execution from prototype development through production readiness; Manage release readiness across hardware, firmware, software, AI models, and manufacturing processes; Prepare and facilitate executive program reviews, delivery forecasts, and status reporting; Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, organizational, operational, and supplier-related risks; Ensure effective communication, alignment, and coordination among internal and external stakeholders; Establish program governance processes that improve execution transparency and delivery predictability; Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize collaboration, planning, and engineering efficiency; Requirements Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent professional experience; Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role delivering complex multidisciplinary products; Strong understanding of software development, AI systems, embedded software, electronics, and hardware development processes; Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and technical domains; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority; Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to understand complex dependencies and integration challenges; Experience working in Agile product development environments and cross-functional organizations; Strong problem-solving, planning, and risk management capabilities; Professional proficiency in English; Availability to travel nationally and internationally is expected; Experience in humanoid robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, aerospace, industrial automation, or other complex hardware/software industries; Knowledge of Systems Engineering, SAFe, Lean Product Development, or Technical Program Management methodologies; Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DfM), certification activities, or production ramp-up processes; Familiarity with hardware-software integration and product lifecycle management practices; Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments; We Offer The opportunity to help build one of Europe's most ambitious humanoid robotics companies; Work on cutting-edge technologies at the intersection of AI, robotics, software, electronics, and manufacturing; A collaborative, multidisciplinary, and innovation-driven environment; Direct exposure to strategic programs with tangible impact on product development and company growth; Concrete opportunities for professional development and career advancement; Competitive compensation aligned with experience; Disclaimer We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
