We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager for one of our key enterprise clients. This role suits an experienced cloud and delivery leader who thrives in operational excellence, technical governance, and supporting large-scale customer programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for the POD, ensuring delivery quality across Azure, Security, AI, and Modern Work.
- Run delivery governance reviews and validate technical best practices.
- Maintain Rhythm of Business cadences, including POD syncs and quarterly business reviews.
- Track key KPIs and drive operational improvements.
- Govern full delivery lifecycle—from kickoff to closeout—ensuring documentation and SLA compliance.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across PODs.
- Provide feedback to improve delivery assets, processes, and automation.
Key Requirements
- Fluent Italian & English (written and spoken)
- 10+ years in IT consulting, cloud architecture, or technical delivery leadership.
- Strong expertise across Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Security).
- Solid background in program/project governance and reporting.
- Experience leading distributed teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
- Understanding of ITIL, DevOps, SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
