Technical Product Manager

For an prestigiuous client company specializing in the design and production of aesthetic acoustic solutions, we are currently looking for a:

• Technical Product Manager

The candidate will be based at the Mezzago (MB) facility in Italy and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Own and drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch to end-of-life;
• Translate product briefs into clear requirements and actionable plans;
• Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer service;
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders across the organization during all phases of product development;
• Organize and facilitate product development meetings, manage timelines, and track deliverables;
• Coordinate product documentation, sampling, packaging, and launch materials;
• Manage change requests, product updates, and versioning throughout the lifecycle;
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback in collaboration with relevant departments;
• Support internal teams with product-related information and training.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
• Strong technical background in ERP processing (MS Dynamics);
• Strong understanding of the product development process and manufacturing operations;
• Strong project management and organizational skills;
• Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and build consensus;
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset;
• Fluent in English and Italian.
