Technical Product Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating products throughout their entire lifecycle – from initial briefing to end‑of‑life. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sense of ownership and a talent for cross‑functional coordination. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a key requirement, as this role involves close collaboration with product design, production, supply chain, data management and quality assurance teams to ensure product success from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch to end-of-life
- Translate product briefs into clear requirements and actionable plans
- Act as the central point of contact for cross‑functional teams including R&D, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer service
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders across the organization during all phases of product development
- Organize and facilitate product development meetings, manage timelines, and track deliverables
- Coordinate product documentation, sampling, packaging, and launch materials
- Manage change requests, product updates, and versioning throughout the lifecycle
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback in collaboration with relevant departments
- Support internal teams with product‑related information and training
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in product management in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong technical background in ERP processing (MS Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of the product development process and manufacturing operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate cross‑functional environments and build consensus
- Detail‑oriented with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
