Job Description

As a Technical Lead at Enpal's new branch in Italy, you will play a crucial role in introducing and establishing Heat Pump Air to Water technology in the Italian market. You will be responsible for leading technical aspects, from market analysis and team building to product development and deployment. This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in Heat Pump Air to Water systems, and a thorough understanding of the Italian market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Local Market Expertise: Develop an understanding of the Italian market for Heat Pump Air to Water technology, including regulations, pricing trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Heat Pump technology team in Italy, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Technical Strategy: Define and execute the Heat Pump technology strategy for Italy, aligning with global objectives and local needs.
  • Product Development: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Heat Pump products, from ideation to deployment, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Technology Stack: Make informed decisions on Heat Pump technology choices suitable for the local market.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance and testing processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on emerging Heat Pump technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations to maintain competitiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business development, operations, and local partners to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to Heat Pump technology, security, and compliance in Italy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology leadership roles focusing on Heat Pump systems, especially in B2C segments.
  • Deep knowledge of the Italian Heat Pump market, including regulations, pricing, and consumer preferences.
  • Strong understanding of Heat Pump technologies, frameworks, and components.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Problem-solving and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in building and scaling technology teams.
