As Hanwha Solutions continues to expand in Europe , we are looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to drive market development and industry engagement. In this role, you will combine technical expertise and strategic market insight , working closely with leading cable manufacturers, utilities, and industry organizations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical marketing strategies to expand Hanwha’s wire and cable materials business in Europe.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging technology trends.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams , collaborating with engineering, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with European cable manufacturers, utilities, and industry partners .
• Represent Hanwha Solutions at major industry conferences and exhibitions such as CIGRE, ICC, and Jicable .
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and technology advancements to support strategic positioning.
• Participate in international technical committees and working groups (IEC, CIGRE, ICC) contributing to standards and innovation in the wire and cable sector.

Qualifications

• Strong network within the European cable or power transmission industry .
• Experience in technical marketing, product strategy, or business development in cable, power, or industrial materials sectors.
• Fluency in Italian, German, or French ;
  minimum B2 English proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical or chemical engineering, materials science or a related field .

Preferred

• Experience with European cable manufacturers or infrastructure providers .
• Knowledge of power transmission systems and cable materials (XLPE, semiconductive compounds, jacket materials).
• Participation in industry technical committees or standardization activities .
