Technical Manager Electrics And Automation

We are looking for a Technical Manager Electrics and Automation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects within the Electrical and Automation department, ensuring the achievement of time, cost and quality objectives across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Project start: define the project structure, prepare the project plan and key milestones.
• Project execution: coordinate the project team and manage relationships and activities with suppliers and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables. Manage project documentation, maintain progress status and provide regular reports on schedule, cost and quality performance.
• Site support: provide support to site management and supervisors during construction and commissioning phases.
• Project closure: oversee formal project close-out activities including final delivery and handover to the client, completion of as-built documentation, contractual and administrative closure, collection of acceptance sign-offs, and facilitation of lessons learned and post-project reviews

Job requirements:

• Graduate or Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation or similar Engineering;
  
• Knowledge of steel processes, in particular the Electrics&Automation area;
  
• At least 2/5 years' experience as Project Manager in the electrical and industrial automation fields.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage suppliers and clients.
• Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills.
• Availability to undertake travel worldwide when required by his role;
  
• Fluent in English is essential (German knowledge represent a plus).
