In this role, you will lead Salesforce initiatives, shaping the evolution of the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will act as the technical reference for architecture, translating business needs into scalable solutions and setting best practices. You will ensure alignment between IT and business stakeholders while guiding project teams in an Agile environment. Responsabilità

• Degree‑related qualification in computer fields
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proven experience in technical leadership or solution design roles
• Ability to navigate structured, multi‑stakeholder environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and business stakeholders
• Proven coordination and management of project activities
• Experience in customer care projects (NTH)
• Knowledge of voice, IVR, CTI, or contact center integration solutions (NTH)
