Overview

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US

As you will be responsible for leading a team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems using Java and Azure technologies, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time, and optimizing system performance.

Main activities :

• Lead the development of scalable back-end solutions using Java and Azure services;
• Identify best practices for developing and refining back-end solutions;
• Oversee the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure using Azure;
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of core products and applications by adding new features based on evolving user needs;
• Utilize DevOps tools to automate processes, continuously integrate and deploy systems, and monitor application status in production;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Architects, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and QA to align technical solutions with business requirements and user needs;
• Innovate and improve by staying updated on the latest technologies and trends, continuously driving innovation within the team and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with Java and cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure), and at least 1 year in cloud environments;
• Knowledge of modern Java frameworks;
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs and scalable distributed systems;
• Previous experience developing code for cloud environments using PaaS;
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments;
• Experience with modern applications and understanding of SDLC (Git, unit testing, CI/CD);
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
