Technical Lead

At VASS, we are currently experiencing significant growth both nationally and internationally.

At the moment, we are expanding our Salesforce team in Rome, Italy.

For this opportunity, we are looking for a professional with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Tech Lead working with Salesforce technology in turnkey projects or service-based environments for a projecto on-site in Rome.

Ideal profile:

• Proactive person with strong communication skills, capable of interacting with different stakeholders within the client organization, and used to collaborating in multidisciplinary and remote teams.
• Ability to adapt to different working models required by the client (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Strong task management and prioritization skills.
• Experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience participating in key client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
• Ability to mentor team members on Salesforce technology, Force.com, integration technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
• Support offering and presales activities, including technical solution proposals and development estimations for presales and/or sales processes. Participation in client demos.
• Design of complex Salesforce solutions, as well as integrations between multiple technologies and Salesforce / Force.com.
• Declarative knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Ability to configure OOTB capabilities (workflows, data model, process builder, reports, etc.), administration, security (profiles, roles, OWD, sharing rules), and Salesforce limits.
• Collaboration and support in designing Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.
• Responsible for client deliverables, managing user and system testing execution, and overseeing deployments in proposed environments.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Dev I, Sales & Service Consultant, App Builder, etc.) and proven experience with other CRMs will be highly valued.
• High level of English is mandatory as the project will be held in English.
