Offerta

The candidate will report to the Country Manager and carry out the following activities:

• Proactively expand sales, reach annual objectives, and manage assigned customers.
• Identify and develop renewal, repeat‑business, upselling, and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Capture, evaluate, and route inbound and outbound leads to the appropriate teams.
• Ensure CRM data remains accurate, complete, and consistently updated.
• Create quotations, negotiate terms within limits, and follow up to secure orders.
• Provide product and market insights, anticipate customer needs, and deliver virtual demos.
• Use CRM, Power BI, and other systems for quoting, reporting, forecasting, and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, elevate complex cases, and follow company and legal guidelines.

Competenze ed esperienza

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering or Business or technical field.
• 2/4 years of experience performing the same role in the mechanical components sector.
• Strong technical knowledge within the mechanical components.
• Experience in preparing and managing technical and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
• Mandatory: Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken).
