Job Description
- Understanding customer needs, fitting the requirements in new or existing solutions and integrating the applications in customer environments
- Deploying and configuring applications delivered by development teams according to architectural needs
- Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues as they arise
- Performing thorough testing of applications and integrated solutions
- Building and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the business unit product family, contributing to the evolution of future technical solutions
- Supporting users and colleagues through the creation and maintenance of clear, comprehensive technical documentation
- Actively contributing to internal knowledge bases, tools, and technical communities
- Collaborating closely with business unit engineers across R&D and multiple geographies to ensure the successful delivery of business commitments
Primary skills
Telephony architectures, virtualized and containerized environments, system integration of telco products and custom solutions
