Key responsibilities
- Technical Asset Manager for assigned portfolio of PV plants
- Management of technical contracts
- Performance analysis and reporting of the portfolio
- Monitoring scheduled maintenance and defining maintenance needs
- Data Analytics: Perform analyses to explain deviations from production budgets and identify opportunities for operational improvement (e.g., strategic spare parts, optimized maintenance strategies)
- Onboarding of New Assets: Manage SCADA Level I and II connectivity and data collection; Test data uploads and implement technical and contractual KPIs, if needed
- Contract Management: Understand and apply contracts related to Operations and Maintenance, PPAs, insurance
- Site Inspections: Collaborate with site operators to carry out inspections in line with industry best practices and company QHSE standards
- Reporting: Prepare technical and economic reports in accordance with company formats and timelines
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical, Renewable Energies, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Python, SQL or PowerBI is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
