A well-established independent power producer is strengthening its Asset Management function following the successful delivery of a growing portfolio of operational solar PV assets.
This role offers technical ownership of live utility-scale plants and a direct role in safeguarding long-term performance, availability, and asset value. It is well suited to someone looking for responsibility, stability, and progression within a mature operating platform.

Key responsibilities
- Technical ownership of a portfolio of operational solar PV assets
- Monitoring and analysis of availability, degradation, and performance trends
- Management and performance oversight of O&M service providers
- Investigation and resolution of technical underperformance and recurring issues
- Use of SCADA and performance monitoring tools to support decision-making
- Support during handover from construction into operations
- Coordination of warranty claims and technical risk mitigation
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of asset management processes
Professional background
- Experience in utility-scale solar asset management, O&M, or performance engineering
- Strong understanding of solar PV plant performance and operational KPIs
- Experience managing external technical contractors and service providers
- Engineering or technical background preferred
