What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead customer engagements for Unica services, facilitating client-facing activities related to requirements and design for solution definition
- Document, present, and gain client acceptance of proposed Unica marketing solutions
- Perform and/or support product configuration, testing, and asset migration across installations
- Design integrations between Unica products and third-party applications
- Guide client technical staff in maintaining and configuring Unica products and supporting architecture components
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in solution design, integration, and technical configuration of Marketing Automation Frameworks
- 4-year university degree
- Proficiency in installation, configuration, and upgrades of WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, and/or JBoss
- Experience with relational databases including DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and others
- Familiarity with system administration activities in Microsoft Windows, RedHat Linux, and AIX operating systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Big Data platforms including Hadoop, Teradata, and Netezza
- Cloud Native experience with Helm Charts, Docker Containers, and Kubernetes Clusters
- OpenShift experience
- Experience installing Kafka and Kafka integrations
- Knowledge of Java API program design and development
