Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Corporate Technical Services Director and coordinate the group of technical demonstrators in Italy to ensure the execution of all operational needs of the department.
- Interface with all company functions – Technical Assistance, Sales, Product Managers, Marketing, R&D – to promote the correct use of products and provide specialist technical support.
- Maintain quality, safety and customer service standards while managing the scheduling, programming and organisation of team activities.
- Resolve operational issues, improve service quality and enhance specialization.
- Supervise the team in planning activities such as:
- Sampling for fairs, clients and events.
- Operational support during technical demonstration courses, conferences, trade fairs and retail outlets.
- On-site construction support.
- Technical and application support during video production.
- Coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring proper preparation of shipments and receipt of goods.
Qualifications
- Degree in Geomatics or a professional school in construction and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and site management, with demonstrated ability to interface with diverse stakeholders.
- Direct operational experience with building materials, focusing on ceramic products and/or traversing products (ceramic, waterproofing, resilient, retail construction).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
