As Technical Application Engineer – Industrial Cooling and HVAC/R at Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will own the integration and performance of cooling products for OEMs. You will analyze complex HVAC/R installations, provide on-site support, and supervise verification and qualification at customer sites. You will diagnose compressors and heat exchangers, optimize energy efficiency, and transfer know-how to cross-functional teams. You will train customers and internal staff and coordinate with R&D, labs, TPM, and logistics. Analyze interactions between Danfoss products and complex OEM HVAC/R installations Provide on-site technical support addressing installation, performance, and reliability issues Oversee implementation, verification, and qualification of products at OEM sites Diagnose and troubleshoot compressors, heat exchangers (BPHE, MCHE), and refrigeration circuits with focus on efficiency and reliability Analyze qualification and operation data to identify improvements Deliver advanced technical training internally and externally and document procedures Coordinate with R&D, laboratories, TPM, and logistics for component validation and testing Responsabilità
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a thermodynamics specialization Proven field engineering experience in industrial HVAC/R and OEM contexts In‑depth knowledge of compressors (screw, centrifugal, scroll) and refrigeration circuits Expertise in diagnostics and optimization of BPHE and MCHE heat exchangers Strong understanding of energy efficiency and reliability of complex systems Ability to work autonomously in the field and interface with international technical teams Fluent English, both spoken and written Requisiti fondamentali
